The Multi TV satellite direction is positioned towards the east. Therefore, you must ensure your satellite dish is facing the east during Multi TV installation. This is because the signal comes from that direction. The following is a step-by-step guide for Multi TV installation.

1. First, install the dish using the dish manually. The dish comes with a round plate, a dish cap, a stand, an LNB and an LNB holder, and dish accessories.
2. Assemble the dish, then carefully fix the LNB in its holder at the last end of the angle bar. (You can get a dealer to help fix the dish for you then proceed with the installation).
3. Mount the stand with the four holes at the rear end on a wall where you deem fit. (The stand has eight holes all together. When fixing the stand, be careful not to bend or turn the stand in the wrong position. Hence, first hold the stand firmly with your hands as if mounting the dish, then see if the dish is well fixed in a way that it can track signals while facing the east direction. If everything is okay, mount the stand on the wall).
4. Use normal nails on a facial board and use concrete nails for a wall.
5. Mount the dish in a place where there are no objects blocking the signal (e.g. tall buildings, planted trees, human objects, thick electric cables etc).
6. After mounting the dish, tighten it partially to allow for adjusting and turning. This is because you may have to turn the dish vertically and horizontally until the signal shoots or flashes.
7. Connect the coaxial cable from your dish to the receiver using the connectors.
8. Connect it into the receiver’s LNB input.
9. Power the receiver on.

Syndicated box decoder

1. Press MENU.
2. On INSTALLATION press OK.
3. Select MANUAL SEARCH and press OK.
4. Press the green button on the remote to edit the frequency.
5. Select MODIFY.
6. Press OK.
7. Input 12522
8. Press OK.
9. Select POLARIZATION.
10. Press the RIGHT button on the OK to change to vertical.
11. Press OK.
12. Then select SYMBOL RATE 27000
13. Press on the BLUE BUTTON to save and exit OK to start scanning.
14. Move channel down knob to start the search.
15. Press OK to start scanning.
16. Press exit.

Strongbox decoder

1. Press MENU.
2. Press on the RIGHT volume button.
3. Input 0000 as password.
4. Select MANUAL SCAN and press OK.
5. Press RED BUTTON on the remote to select transponder ASTRA 3A/3B.
6. Press GREEN BUTTON to add TP list.
7. Input frequency 12522
8. Go to symbol rate and input 27000
9. Change the polarization to either V or H to make the bars change to green colour.
10. Press OK to scan.
11. Exit.

Somotex ash box decoder

1. Press MENU.
2. Select INSTALLATION.
3. Press the red button to EDIT.
4. Input 12522 on the FREQUENCY.
5. Press OK.
6. Input 27000 on the SYMBOL RATE.
7. Select POLARITY and press the RIGHT button to select either Vertical or Horizontal.
8. Select SAVE and press OK.
9. Press on the BLUE button and OK to scan.
10. Press OK on YES.
11. Press EXIT to begin viewing channels.

Quality box decoder

1. Press MENU.
2. Scroll down to DVB-S, Click OK.
3. Input 0000 and press OK.
4. Select DISH SETTINGS.
5. Click the YELLOW BUTTON on the remote to edit TP.
6. Scroll down to SYMBOL RATE and key in 27000
7. Scroll to YES and click OK.
8. Scroll to SERVICE SEARCH, click OK.
9. Scroll to START SCAN and click OK.
