OnePlus 11: Design & Display
The OnePlus 11 comes with a different design, with a most notable new change. Along with a round camera module at the rear that definitely makes a statement and hints at its photography prowess. Another notable design feature is the return of the Alert Slider, which we can see to the left of the camera module.
We have a hole-punch selfie camera on the side, which is similar to how it was on the OnePlus 10 Pro. The side position of the camera indicates that OnePlus is using the Samsung E4 OLED panel, which is not the latest screen technology (that would be the E6 OLED with a center punch hole) and this once again suggests the OnePlus 11 will be priced below iPhones and Galaxies.
The OnePlus 11 Pro comes with a large, 6.7-inch QHD+ 120Hz Super Fluid AMOLED display outfitted with LTPO 3.0 technology, which allows it to intelligently switch its refresh rate in the 1-120Hz range. According to OnePlus, LTPO 3.0 is a self-developed technology that allows for significant battery savings.
OnePlus 11: Colors
The OnePlus 11 comes in two color options, with the green one offering a smooth and glossy glass back, while the granular glass black variant appears a bit more matted and less reflective. OnePlus also assures that the latter will show no fingerprints.
Here are the colours;
- Titan Black
- Eternal Green (exclusive to the 16GB/256GB version)
OnePlus 11: Camera
For the camera, the One Plus11 comes with the third-gen Hasselblad-powered camera setup at the back of OnePlus’ latest flagship phone. The OnePlus 11 is packing the following camera specs:
- 50MP main shooter, Sony IMX890 sensor, f/1.8 aperture
- 48MP ultra-wide, Sony IMX581 sensor
- 32MP 2X zoom lens, Sony IMX709 sensor
- 16MP front cam, ISOCELL 3P9 (S5K3P9) sensor.
OnePlus 11: Battery
The OnePlus 11 battery comes with a large 5,000mAh size, which has become a standard with Android flagship phones recently.
In the US, the phone will be outfitted with an 80W SuperVOOC charger, while the rest of the world will enjoy a more impressive 100W charging solution that should cut a few minutes from the charging times of the flagship.
The OnePlus 11’s pricing provides an alternative to a new flagship phone like the Samsung Galaxy S23 ($799.99 at Samsung). So, if you what a recent flagship phone but cannot afford the Samsung Galaxy S23 or others, the OnePlus 11 will be a great choice.
